Sundeep is Managing Director at Lone Star with 20+ years of experience in the field of financial services. He has led company’s foray into leasing and rental solutions for medical equipment procurement since year 2012. Sundeep is passionate about making quality Healthcare delivery more accessible and affordable by driving efficiencies in equipment procurement, maintenance, and management.

Atish is Director at Lone Star with 20+ years of experience in the field of financial services. He has played a pivotal role in ideation and set up of Lone Star since 2012.

Atish brings in significant expertise in the field of credit, risk assessment, capital raising and financial controllership.

Saloni is cofounder and Director at Lone Star, spearheading functional departments of finance, compliance, banking, controllership and audit.

She is part of the Credit Committee and Audit Committee at Lone Star.

Deepak, serving as Vice President at Lone Star, with over a decade of experience in financial services. He is responsible for banking, credit analysis, risk management, capital allocation, corporate strategy and public relations.

Biswajit handles Sales and Service, at a National level, for Critical Care equipment business segment, overseeing customer service, and operations.
Tapan is in-charge of CSSD vertical at Lone Star. He brings unparalleled expertise and experience of over 30 years in field of CSSD set up, equipment selection, operations, training and quality audits. His responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, conducting audits, providing training, and achieving prestigious accreditations. Notably, he has actively participated in certifications such as JCI, APSIC, and NABH, underscoring his commitment to excellence and patient safety.

Bhabani, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the continued safety, reliability, and performance of our medical equipment fleet. He oversees equipment preventive maintenance schedules, calibration, and regulatory compliance.

Awadh handles lease and rental portfolio of Medical Equipment for Lone Star, focusing on ICU, CSSD & Infection control Equipment. He has 17+ Year Experience in field of medical equipment sales and services.Prior to Lone Star, Awadh was working with Steelco SPA for 10+ years in field of CSSD and has been recognised for his contribution in innovative CSSD designing and impactful implementation across India.

Subhananda brings immense knowledge and experience in clinical training, quality, product development and customer initiatives. With focus on execution and quality, Subhananda shapes our clinical training programs, product and service modules.
Ridhes Shah is a Cluster Supervisor within our Operations team, responsible for overseeing warehousing and logistics operations, as well as managing medical equipment inventory across India.

Pratik is in-charge of commercial and finance function at Lone Star. He oversees finance, internal controls, transaction pricing, audit, and statutory compliances, of the company.

Onam is Product Manager at Lone Star, crafting unique product and service offerings for customers. He manages social media, creates impactful marketing materials, and ensures effective training and customer services.
